Presidential Scholarship at CSUDH
 
If you have been accepted to Cal State University, Dominguez Hills- you may be eligible for the Presidential Scholarship.
The scholarship is open to students who have been admitted to CSU Dominguez Hills, have graduated from a California High School, or transferred from a California Community College with a minimum 3.5 GPA, have a demonstrated record of community service and strong leadership qualities.

Awarded to first-year students for four years and to transfers for two years, the program covers students’ tuition, book allowances, parking permits, annual university housing discount, laptops pre-equipped with software, recognition at commencement with special medallions, luncheons each semester, a spring recognition reception with President Parham, and priority registration.
Lockheed Martin Scholarships
Vocational Scholarship Eligibility Requirements
Applicants to the Lockheed Martin Vocational Scholarship Program must meet all the following eligibility requirements. Applicants must: Be a U.S. citizen.Be a high school senior OR high school graduate (or GED equivalent).Have not earned a bachelor’s degree prior to the 2024-2025 academic year.Be currently enrolled or planning to enroll full-time or part-time (minimum 6 credit hours) at one of the following types of accredited institutions: vocational-technical school, trade school, two-year community college, or state college.Be pursuing an associate’s degree, credit-bearing certificate, or an industry-recognized credential, in one of the fields of study below, with an anticipated completion date no earlier than December 2024 and no later than June 2027.Note: If student’s Specific Major falls under one of the listed Fields of Study, but the student’s Specific Major is not listed, student is still eligible to apply.

  • Must have a minimum 2.0 grade point average (GPA) upon graduation
  • Must demonstrate interest and skill for a vocational or related career
  • Must be planning to enroll in a college or vocational school to further prepare for your career 
  • Must be planning to enroll in a college or vocational school to further prepare for your career no later than February 1, 2025.
