Our last set of practice essays to prepare for the exam. 20 Min time limit on each essay.
This is the only assignment for the week. Study and prepare for the AP Exam
Good Luck on all your exams.

You will probably getting this if you have more than one AP class, but just in case.

Please log on to the AP Classroom and do this weeks Practice essays. You will notice there is one essay that will ask for an upload to answer. Try the best you can with an uploaded picture, or just provide a written desctiption of what the questions is asking about. You can use your notes, book or study guide to help you write the essay, but you only have 45 minutes to complete the essays. Get used to using a timer to keep the pace. When you have finished the essays, come back to Google Classroom and click the Submit button for this assignment to let me know who has completed the essays.

For the first essay, you get 25 minutes for your initial attempt. SET A TIMER. When finished, move on to the next two shorter essays. You have 20 Min for the next two essays. After all completed, go back and look at the rubric and Add your corrections to the bottom of each essay. Review your notes PRIOR to writing the essays. This time it is more of a "Testing situation".
Once again, Essays are found in the College Board AP Classroom.

You have been assigned 3 practice essays (shorter essays) to have you practice. These essays are timed. You have 60 min from when you start to complete the essays. You are welcome to use notes or textbook to complete these, but you should work solo. This is not the amount of time you will regularily get for these essays. This is just for the experience.

Just a quick survey to better understand how I can help your preparation

Answers/notes may be typed and submitted or hand written and take a picture (pdf if possible).
If you choose to type your notes, a Word of Warning. Be careful not to give in to the urge of turning in someone elses work/notes as your own. Cut and paste = no credit. Plagerism = no credit

3. Take notes on Ch 29 sections 5, 6 and 7

This is just a quick check in to let me know how many students are receiving these messages from Google Classroom. I am going to begin assigning some review work to help you all get ready for the AP Exam.
To Check in, I need you to answer one question for me. College board is looking for teacher recommendations as to when to give the shortened AP Exam. Sooner (probably some time in April) or later (May). I would like your input of how to respond. Both have advantages and disadvantages.
I just need to know your preference, have the exam sooner or later.
