Intermediate: experienced, but not Advanced yet (mostly self-identification, in consultation with Cabinet)

Advanced: 2nd year delegates showing skills & dedication, all 3rd & 4th year delegates, & some advanced 1st year 10th-12th graders (Advisor/Cabinet discretion)
