SENIOR PORTRAITS

 

JOSTENS SENIOR ORDER WEEK: Monday, October 28  – Saturday, November 2

Our local office will be mailing the graduation and class ring ordering packets home to each senior.  We will then encourage students to place their orders online or by mail during “Jostens Senior Week.” This will be the best time for seniors to place their orders, since they will be able to receive discounts and special gifts.  (Everything we will do this week will be virtual/online.  However, it is important to make sure the week does not interfere with any major events at your school…like homecoming week).

 

JOSTENS CLASS RING CAMPUS VISIT DURING LUNCH: Thursday, February 27

This is in preparation for Jostens class ring order week. Our Jostens team member will visit your campus and set up a table with class ring samples and ordering packets.  Students can come up to the table and ask questions, try on samples, get their finger sized, and pick up an ordering packet.  Please make sure this date doesn’t interfere with any non-student days or major lunch time events.

 

JOSTENS CLASS RING ORDER WEEK: Monday, March 3  – Saturday, March 8

This week is a special week where students in all grade levels will have a chance to order a class ring.  Many parents and students have requested to have the opportunity to learn more about class rings before senior year.  This helps them spread out the costs of senior year, and the student can wear their ring for more time while in high school.  There will be special discounts and promotions available this week, making it a great time to order.  Before this week begins, we will have someone from our Jostens team to set up a table at lunch with class ring samples and ordering packets.  We will also work with each of your class presidents (or class representatives) to help spread the word about class ring order week.  The class representatives that assist us will each receive a free class ring! (Most things we will do this week will be virtual/online.  However, it is important to make sure the week does not interfere with any major events…like spring break, etc).

 

CAP AND GOWN DISTRIBUTION

Will be given out after 1st graduation rehearsal in June
