JOSTENS SENIOR ORDER WEEK: Monday, October 27th – Saturday, November 1st
Our local office will be mailing the graduation and class ring ordering packets home to each senior. We will then encourage students to place their orders online or by mail during “Jostens Senior Week.” This will be the best time for seniors to place their orders, since they will be able to receive discounts and special gifts. (Everything we will do this week will be virtual/online. However, it is important to make sure the week does not interfere with any major events at your school…like homecoming week).
JOSTENS CLASS RING & LETTER JACKET CAMPUS VISIT DURING LUNCH: Thursday, February 12th
This is in preparation for Jostens class ring and letter jacket order week. Our Jostens team member will visit your campus and set up a display. Many parents and students have requested to have the opportunity to see samples in person, and to get fitted for class rings and letter jackets. Students can come up to our table and ask questions, try on samples, get their finger sized, get sized for a letter jacket and pick up ordering packets. Please make sure this date doesn’t interfere with any non-student days or major lunchtime events.
JOSTENS CLASS RING & LETTER JACKET ORDER WEEK: Monday, February 16th – Saturday, February 21st
This week is a special week where students of all grade levels will have a chance to order a class ring or letter jacket. There will be special discounts and promotions available this week, making it a great time to order. Before this week begins, we will have someone from our Jostens team visit your campus and set up a display at lunch with class ring samples, letter jacket sizers, and ordering packets. (This week will be virtual/online. However, it is important to make sure the week does not interfere with any major events…like spring break, etc).
CAP AND GOWN DISTRIBUTION
Since cap and gown distribution is months away…our office will contact you later in the year to set up the exact date. If you happen to already have a date in mind for cap and gown distribution, feel free to let us know. We will put that information in our notes for your school.
